Employment and hiring

  • Adaptation of the hiring for workers in Spain, community and / or abroad, with optional processing of the work permit and in accordance with the employment and hiring policy established by the company and its production volume.
  • In times of change or in critical situations in the operation of the company, we analyze the implementation of additional proposals for reorganization and cost reduction in this area: Employment Regulation Records (ERE / ERTE) and / or modification of working conditions.

 

Remuneration and professional classification

  • Design and implementation of compensation plans, taking into account business policy in this area, in order to standardize the economic and salary conditions of the different groups.
  • Application of the new remuneration conditions (salary and in kind) on an individual and / or collective basis, in correlation with the professional group to which the worker is attached.

 

Collective negotiation

  • Design and implementation, in cases of merger, subrogation or other similar, of those tools of homogenization and unification in the short, medium and long term of working conditions derived from the previous membership of workers to other groups.
  • Design of possible labor agreements (judicial or extrajudicial) that facilitate the process of integrating the different groups into newly created business groups.
  • Management and application of existing sector agreements on different matters of collective scope (training, prevention and occupational health …), and the resulting subsidies.
  • Advice and / or action on behalf of the client before the legal representatives of the corresponding workers and / or Central Trade Unions, with intervention before public mediation organizations if necessary in the event of a collective conflict.

 

Prevention and occupational health

  • Advice on the offers and services provided by the different Mutual Employers collaborating with Social Security, so that our client obtains optimal benefits based on their characteristics.
  • Advice on the design and implementation of the corresponding Prevention Plans. Prior and periodic audits may be carried out in specific work centers, in collaboration with Mutual Employers and other technical organizations involved in the matter.
  • Collaboration in the establishment of the corresponding Health Surveillance Services.
