  • Opening of work centers throughout the national territory.

Preparation of wages, social security and tax receipts

  • Monthly preparation of payrolls and settlements, as well as Social Security Contribution Bulletins (RLC / RNT), with direct account charges.
  • Registration and follow-up of incidents in the area of ​​working hours, as well as other maternity, paternity and pregnancy leave during pregnancy that have an impact on the receipt of wages.
  • Processing of parts for medical leave due to illness, confirmation and discharge of temporary disability processes derived from common and professional contingencies before the corresponding agency (INSS or Employers’ Mutual Associations, if applicable) through the SILTRA SYSTEM.
  • Preparation of parts of accidents at work and relationships of accidents at work without medical leave and presentation through the DELTA SYSTEM.
  • Preparation and delivery of company certificates that apply for the application of the different Benefits of Maternity, Paternity and Temporary Disability and / or Pensions for Retirement, Permanent Disability, Widowhood, and Orphanhood.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly or annual settlements on the Personal Income Tax (I.R.P.F.) before the Tax Agency, with delivery to employees and professionals of the annual Certificate of income and withholdings made.
  • Monthly report on personnel costs, carried out individually and / or collectively, according to the different professional groups that make up the company’s workforce.
